As a Practice Lead – Workday
You will build, lead and develop your team in France. You will be part of a group of professionals focused on Workday and closely aligned across all countries in Europe. You have the opportunity to lead, coach and expand a great existing team around you in a priority market. You maintain valuable partnership relations with Workday and other relevant Accenture entities. You are accountable for sales growth together with our sales executives, and for achieving profitable revenues with our client account leaders and our delivery leaders on the various engagements.
In this role, you will manage our Workday business in France:
- Lead our existing team and help them grow professionally
- Expand your team to enable business growth
- Monitor and manage jointly agreed targets for sales, revenues and profitability in close collaboration with sales executives, client account leadership and delivery leaders
- Involve yourself in appropriate sales activities as well as delivery activities tailored to your experience and ambition
- Maintain valuable relationships with Workday and other relevant partners in the domain of Talent
- Develop close relations and collaborate closely with other Accenture entities, keeping our client’s interest at heart
- Develop yourself and grasp the opportunity to be at the forefront of enterprise reinvention at Accenture and our clients, driven by advanced new technologies such as AI and Agentic AI
Required Experience and Skills
- Experience in leading and expanding a practice of professionals
- Experience in sales cycles at large global clients
- Experience in delivering large scale transformation in the HR domain
- Experience in taking accountability for achieving targets for sales, revenues, profitability and people related KPIs
- Ability to meet client travel requirements and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
- Thriving in a diverse, dynamic environment, meeting deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English and French
Preferred / Set Your Self Apart
- 15+ years’ experience in HR system and/or ERP implementation
- Experience in Workday implementations and/or sales cycles
- Experience in leading diverse teams onshore, nearshore and offshore
- Experience in large complex system transformations
- Certified in Workday PM/EM and/or other project management/agile methodologies
- Fluency in another European language
