Role Overview

As a PR & Influence Coordinator – France & Benelux, based at headquarters in Paris, you will be key to consolidating Jimmy Fairly's public image and driving media and influencer visibility across France and the Benelux region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the influence strategy in France and Benelux, coordinating with local and global communication teams.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to uncover new activation opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with celebrities, KOLs, stylists, and artists.
• Oversee influencer requests and logistics, including gifting and sample distribution.
• Plan and coordinate brand-exclusive events, endorsements, and media activations.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape.
• Develop a solid media network in Belgium (Mode, Lifestyle, News) and implement a structured press strategy across the territory.
• Identify and activate media opportunities by developing editorial angles that align with brand DNA.
• Manage press requests: shoots, interviews, loan of products, special projects.
• Track, report, and analyze press coverage and media impact.
• Handle budget monitoring and administrative management of activations.
• Consolidate press returns from print and digital media.
• Prepare monthly reporting and qualitative and competitive analyses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years confirmed experience in PR and influence (agency or brand).
• Deep understanding of cultural dynamics and market codes in France and Belgium.
• Established network with media and talents in both countries.
• Exceptional attention to detail, high standards, and flawless execution.
• Strong sense of fashion, lifestyle, and premium brand aura.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel for events.
