Job Overview
As Digital Strategy Consultant for the US market, you will lead datashake’s expansion into the United States from our Paris headquarters. You will manage a portfolio of US-based clients remotely, run their paid acquisition campaigns end‑to‑end, and help position datashake as a go‑to digital growth partner in one of the most competitive advertising markets in the world.
Responsibilities
- Analyze US client briefs and define digital acquisition strategies tailored to the American market
- Manage paid campaigns remotely for US clients on Google Ads, Meta, Bing, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, and more
- Adapt communication and reporting to US business culture and time zones (EST/PST)
- Drive US business development from Paris: outreach, pitches, and growing the American client portfolio
- Build strong remote client relationships through weekly video calls, daily communications, and quarterly reviews
- Create data visualizations, performance dashboards, and clear ROI reporting aligned with US client expectations
- Contribute to the US go‑to‑market strategy: positioning, pricing, local partnerships, and channel strategy
- Allocate 20% of time to a side project of your choice: BD, content, tooling, recruitment, etc.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both English and French — English is your primary working language for US clients
- Hands‑on experience with at least one paid platform (Google Ads or Meta Ads; certifications a plus)
- Hybrid commercial / consulting mindset and data‑driven decision‑making ability
- Comfortable managing clients remotely across time zones (US East/West Coast from Paris)
- Ability to present complex campaign performance data clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
- Understanding of key metrics: conversion rate, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and ability to explain them simply
- Rigorous, proactive, autonomous, and highly organized in remote work settings
- Genuinely excited about developing a new market from scratch
- Strong interest or experience in the US digital advertising ecosystem
- Prior experience working with international or English‑speaking clients
- Prior experience at a digital agency or in a fast‑paced startup environment
- Knowledge of tracking & attribution tools (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, etc.)
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with US business culture, B2B sales dynamics, and remote client management
