PPC Manager
We are looking for a high-performing PPC Manager to accelerate growth in our French business. This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical rigor with commercial instinct and thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
As PPC Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and performance marketing campaigns across key digital channels including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube, Shopping, and emerging acquisition platforms. You will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility while partnering cross-functionally with E-Commerce, Brand Marketing, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
This is a highly visible role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
What you’ll do:
- Own and optimize PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, Shopping, YouTube, and remarketing channels
- Deliver against aggressive ROAS, CAC, revenue, and growth targets
- Continuously test, learn, and scale campaigns to maximize performance
- Identify growth opportunities across keywords, audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies
- Monitor campaign performance daily and proactively identify risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities
- Translate complex data into clear actions and recommendations
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to drive fast decision-making
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
What you will have:
- Hands-on PPC / Paid Search experience
- Strong expertise across Google Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Microsoft
- Ads Experience managing significant media budgets in a fast-paced consumer or e-commerce environment
- Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting tools
- Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Merchant Center, and bid automation platforms
- Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen
