Google Ads Specialist (Part-time / Full-time)

We are looking for a Google Ads Specialist to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis.

Our company develops and sells private label products in the US market through Amazon and other e-commerce channels. We are looking for a specialist who can independently launch, optimize, and scale Google advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Google Ads campaigns
• Keyword research and audience analysis
• Campaign optimization to improve performance
• Monitor and analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures
• Budget management and performance reporting
• Work with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking
• Generate ideas for scaling profitable campaigns

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads
• Understanding of Search, Performance Max, Display, and Remarketing campaigns
• Experience with conversion tracking and analytics
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
• Intermediate English or higher
