Position Overview

Raytheon is seeking Electrical Engineers with knowledge of analog electronics, power electronics, power systems, and servo/motor control systems. The ideal candidate possesses a combination of design, product and production support experience, electronics knowledge, and hands‑on laboratory skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with a team of engineers to develop designs based on requirements, operational specifications, and Raytheon guidelines.
• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document analog and power design products.
• Provide support to production, integration, and test activities.
• Gain greater mastery of analog and power engineering design.
• Demonstrate self‑motivation.
• Travel to Marlborough, MA; Tewksbury, MA; Andover, MA; Woburn, MA; and/or Pelham, NH may be required depending on assignment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field.
• Education or work experience in analog electronics, power electronics/systems, power distribution or control systems.
• Experience with modeling and simulation using PSPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar computer‑based tools.
