Poste : CHEF DE PROJET / DESSINATEUR (H/F)

Company Overview

Telrier Brise-Soleil, subgroup of ADEXSI since 2018, specializes in aluminium products such as sunshades, façade cladding, cladding ventilated panels, and sliding shutters. The company is expanding rapidly to enhance design capabilities and client support from order to site delivery.

Responsibilities

• Handle orders received from the sales department.
• Directly communicate with clients to refine technical specifications and schedules.
• Prepare execution drawings for client review and approval.
• Create drawings and documents for in‑house manufacturing.
• Produce drawings, procure materials, and place subcontractor orders.
• Develop technical files (range, nomenclature) in the ERP CLIPPER.
• Provide technical oversight for production files.
• Maintain client follow‑up throughout the project lifecycle.
• Generate and update standard product and library plans.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of new and existing products.

Qualifications

• Experience as a design office drafter, ideally in metalworking, locksmithing, carpentry, or building façade envelope sectors.
• Proficient in TOPSOLID STEEL or SOLIDWORKS.
• Strong knowledge of industrial drawing and mechanical design techniques.
• Understanding of construction site challenges, especially building envelope (frame, façade, cladding, carpentry).
• Familiarity with sheet metal, machining, and production processes.

Profile

Bachelor +2 to +5 in drafting or project design, or equivalent qualification.

Reporting & Employment

Reports to the BE manager, within a design office team of six project managers/drafters. Position type: technician. Contract options: temporary, fixed‑term, or permanent. Working hours: 39 hours per week over five days, including overtime and RTT. Compensation is commensurate with profile and experience.
