About the Role

We are seeking a French-speaking Junior Retail / POS Analyst to join a growing retail technology team based in Paris. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within retail systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology, working on projects that support stores across multiple locations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, store operations, IT teams and third-party vendors to support, analyse and improve retail applications and POS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for retail and POS applications.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, escalating where required.
• Gather and document business requirements from retail stakeholders.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades and new store deployments.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and system validation.
• Produce user documentation and training materials.
• Analyse retail processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work alongside technical teams and external software vendors.
• Monitor system performance and ensure stores receive effective support.
• Participate in project activities related to new functionality and technology rollouts.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-3 years' experience supporting retail systems or business applications.
• Fluent French and good English communication skills.
• Experience working within a retail environment or supporting retail technology.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working with multiple teams and priorities.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
