Your Role

As Portfolio Manager, Global Procurement COE, you will drive strategic procurement transformation initiatives and manage a global portfolio of projects across procurement processes, digital tools, analytics, sustainability, and operational excellence. You will partner with Procurement Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure initiatives are prioritized, delivered successfully, and generate measurable business value.

Location: Primary location: Clichy, France. The role can also be based at other Symrise locations in Europe (Barcelona, Spain; Holzminden, Germany) or Brazil (São Paulo or Sorocaba).

Manage and govern the global Procurement COE project portfolio.

Lead strategic procurement transformation projects from concept to implementation.

Define priorities, track progress, manage risks, budgets, and resources.

Monitor project benefits, KPIs, savings, and ROI.

Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Sustainability, IT, and business stakeholders globally.

Drive process improvements, standardization, and best practices.

Support change management, communication, and stakeholder engagement activities.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Procurement, Consulting, PMO, Supply Chain, or Business Transformation.

Proven project, program, or portfolio management experience.

Strong understanding of procurement processes and operating models.

Experience working in a global, matrixed environment.

Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Power

Point, and project management tools.

Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

Master's degree (MBA or equivalent).

PMP, Pg

MP, Lean Six Sigma, CPSM, CIPS, or similar certification.

Experience with procurement technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
