PMS Tech Director (F/M/X)
The PMS Tech Director is accountable for the technical strategy, governance, and reliability of the Property Management Systems used by Accor hotels worldwide, with a strong focus on Oracle Opera Cloud.
This role ensures vendor‑provided PMS platforms are properly integrated, configured, deployed, and operated across Accor’s ecosystem so that hotels run stable, secure, and well‑configured systems delivering the right capabilities at the right quality level.
The role acts as Accor’s technical authority on PMS platforms, ensuring vendor solutions align with the Group’s architecture, operational standards, and long‑term technology strategy.
A critical component of the role is supporting the Group’s PMS platform transformation, including the global rollout of Opera Cloud and the decommissioning of Accor’s legacy PMS (FOLS) by end‑2027.
Your mission
- PMS Platform Strategy & Technical Ownership
- Define and own the technical strategy and roadmap for PMS platforms aligned with product, hotel needs, and CPTE strategy.
- Act as the technical authority on PMS architecture, integrations, and configuration standards.
- Ensure PMS platforms are scalable, resilient, secure, and well integrated with Accor’s technology ecosystem.
- Own the technical relationship with PMS vendors, notably Oracle.
- Challenge vendor architectures, roadmaps, and operational practices to align with Accor’s needs.
- Ensure vendor platforms meet performance, reliability, and scalability expectations.
- Operational Reliability & Run Governance
- Ensure the availability, stability, and operational performance of PMS platforms used by hotels worldwide.
- Define and govern run and support models with offshore operational teams (ITC) and vendors.
- Establish operational KPIs and ensure compliance with security, PCI‑DSS, and data protection requirements.
- Release, Configuration & Platform Governance
- Govern releases, upgrades, and configuration changes with vendors.
- Ensure changes are tested, documented, and communicated to operations and hotels.
- Prevent configuration drift and uncontrolled feature activation impacting hotel operations.
- Platform Transformation & Global Deployment
- Lead the technical execution of the global Opera Cloud rollout.
- Ensure deployments are industrialized, scalable, and adapted to diverse hotel environments.
- Drive the decommissioning of Accor’s legacy PMS (FOLS) in line with the 2027 timeline.
- Lead and develop the PMS Technology organization and technical capabilities.
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and ensure SLA performance.
- Monitor costs, operational performance metrics, and drive efficiency improvements.

Qualifications
- Graduated with a Bac +4 or +5
- +5 years of experience in Finance or Audit
- 2 as Director or VP
Skills :
- Excellent level of English
- Very strong coordination skills
- Very good knowledge of the business and the challenges of the hotel and restaurant industry
- Strong ability to manage hierarchically and functionally
- Excellent strategic and tactical thinking skills
