Key Responsibilities
- Protect Operations interests by carefully analyzing change requests that impact hotel Operations and evaluating associated risks.
- Follow the principal SOP and apply any required adjustments due to system changes.
- Participate in the deployment of success measurement practices – contribute to survey design, deployment, evaluation and response to feedback.
- Conduct follow‑up call interviews and site visits, documenting and debriefing outputs. Track issues until resolution.
- Engage intensively with all project areas to ensure awareness, provide risk and dependency input, and represent Operations’ voice.
- Attend and master the entire installation process and be familiar with every step of the hotels’ Change Management journey.
- Achieve operational proficiency with OPERA Cloud at the front desk of a hotel.
- Serve as the Operations process subject‑matter expert at rollout meetings, assisting deployment engineers and participants.
- Assist the Change Management Team in creating compelling content (blog posts, social media updates, videos) that motivates program participation.
- Help Oracle review and refine training and educational initiatives for participants.
- Provide regular updates to program streams on progress and provide relevant feedback.
- Travel extensively when required to support hotels during cutover.
Qualifications
- Highly experienced in hotel Operations.
- Proven track record in Change projects in hotel Operations.
- Experience in problem solving and challenge mitigation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent English is essential; knowledge of another local language is a plus.
- Subject‑matter expert in at least one core discipline of hotel management (front office, revenue management, finance and accounts receivables, F&B, housekeeping, guest services, HR, or training).
- Experience with OPERA Cloud or OPERA V5 is preferable.
- Experience with FOLS is ideal, but not required.
- Familiarity with hotel technology and applications is essential.
- Strong customer‑care skills, ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration across cross‑functional teams.
- Enthusiastic about the program’s values and goals, with a desire to make a positive impact at Accor.
