PMO / Project Management Officer M/F/XThe missions that await you:  Contribute to steering project progress by ensuring the consolidation and quality of the data provided to the Program Manager and Finance,Update and verify the reliability of the project’s estimate at completion (EAC) and the remaining financial work of work packages and of the project, as well as workloads,Update and manage level 1 to 4 schedules and lead meetings (critical path analysis, identifying solutions to reduce gaps, etc.),Drive the risks and opportunities – R&O approach (ARENGI BOX tools),Update project indicators (KPIs) and dashboard (time/time diagram, EAC, budget bridges, R&O, workload/resource matching, deliverable tracking),Prepare summaries, raise necessary alerts and monitor action plans,Support the project team on project management practices,Contribute to the deployment of the framework, processes and best practices for project management.

Ready to take on the challenge that will give a new dimension to your career? As part of the development of our activities in the field of defense, we are looking for our future colleague for a position as “PMO / Project Management Officer”. What we expect from you: You have a degree in engineering or higher education (Master’s level) in project management;You have at least 5 years of successful experience in a PMO position;Knowledge of one or more scheduling tools/software (Sciforma, Planisware, MS Project) and an ERP is a major asset;Certification in project management (IPMA or PMI) is also a plus;English is your ally and you speak it fluently;You are recognized for your autonomy, your analytical and summarizing skills, and your adaptability.
