PMO - IT Project Manager for the IT Department

Experienced PMO – Cross-functional Project Portfolio Management The role involves supporting the cross-functional management of a portfolio of projects within the TRA department, working directly with the Project Director. The PMO will provide a consolidated view of workloads, schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, alerts, and dependencies, while structuring the information gathered by the various project managers.

• Monitor the progress of various projects. Consolidate schedules, milestones, workloads, deliverables, risks, and alerts. Identify dependencies, interconnections, areas of concern, and arbitration needs. Produce a consolidated overview of the portfolio. Coordinate the various stakeholders. Monitor resources, consumption, remaining work, and projected capacity. Propose adjustments and rescheduling when necessary.

• Collect, validate, and synthesize information from project managers. Produce dashboards, reports, and summaries for management. Prepare materials for various governance bodies. Ensure the quality and consistency of information provided. Monitor and update budget data.

• Organize and prepare monitoring committees and bodies. Draft minutes and summaries of decisions. Develop and monitor action plans. Maintain program management frameworks and documentation. Monitor the application of project methodologies and best practices. Contribute to roadmaps and overall program management.

• PMO / Project Management: Proven – ESSENTIAL Reporting: Proven – ESSENTIAL Experience in cross-functional project/program portfolio management Consolidation of schedules, workloads, resources, and budgets Risk management and analysis Production of dashboards and management reports Preparation and facilitation of governance meetings Ability to work directly with a Project Director Fluent French – ESSENTIALWe are looking for an experienced PMO with a proven track record in cross-functional project management and support roles, capable of consolidating extensive information from multiple projects and stakeholders. The consultant must demonstrate excellent analytical, structuring, and reporting skills, as well as a strong understanding of workload, resource, budget, schedule, risk, and priority management. Experience managing large project portfolios or cross-functional programs within a major IT department will be a significant advantage.
