PMO - IT Project Manager – Finance & Management

CONTEXT: Seniority: 6 to 9 years of experience. Within the Finance and Management Department, this role is part of the JH Management division. Working closely with the Platform's Management Lead, the consultant will be responsible for budget monitoring of a specific area and its products, and will support managers in the decision-making necessary for managing their project portfolio. Their role will include collecting, consolidating, and analyzing key data on a monthly basis to effectively manage the portfolio of activities.

• Monitoring operational management and reporting on the area's activity; Monitoring and updating budgets; Monitoring expenditures, remaining work, and forecasts; Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing monthly management data; Managing resource allocation schedules; Monitoring the progress of projects and programs according to quality, cost, and time objectives; Identifying discrepancies from forecasts and alerting the relevant managers; Analyzing risks and dependencies; Evaluating current and projected resource capacities; Proposing adjustments, optimizations, and replanning; Producing the reports and dashboards necessary for management; Supporting managers in managing their project portfolios; Contributing to the development of roadmaps and the project portfolio.

• Solid experience in IT/PMO management; Significant experience in budgetary and financial monitoring of IT projects or portfolios; Advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly pivot tables; Good proficiency in Power

• Experience in reporting and data consolidation; Ability to analyze discrepancies between forecasts, actual output, and remaining work; Ability to support managers and domain leaders in their decision-making.

We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager/PMO with 6 to 9 years of experience, ideally familiar with complex IT environments and the financial management of project portfolios. The candidate must demonstrate a strong ability to validate and synthesize project management data, track budgets and resources, identify discrepancies and risks, and produce reports that inform management decisions. Practical experience with Clarity, combined with advanced Excel skills, will be a significant asset for this role.
