Summary: The PMO Cyber role focuses on supporting cyber defense initiatives within a strategic security framework. Its primary objective is to coordinate activities that reduce cyber risks linked to deliverables while ensuring effective governance and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide PMO support to Cyber Defense teams.
• Coordinate activities to reduce cyber risks.
• Interface with senior stakeholders and technical teams.
• Implement and maintain governance and reporting controls.
• Prepare documentation for executive meetings.
• Facilitate portfolio planning and tracking.
• Methodize and coordinate meetings with key stakeholders.
• Document meeting minutes and communicate them to attendees.
• Manage financial planning, forecasting, and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with PMO standards and regulatory expectations.

Key Requirements

• Extensive PMO experience in a large organization.
• Expertise in Cyber Security domains.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and terminology.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Proactive decision‑making skills.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization.
• Experience interfacing with senior stakeholders.
