Camino Search are supporting a newly acquired, PE backed Services business with a HQ in France. The business operates internationally, and is adopting an acquisitive strategy to grow rapidly in their core markets.

The CFO requires a PMI lead to support with creating a playbook for post-acquisition integration, while building a central & consolidated reporting set up across financial and operational workstreams.

Experience in an LBO / Buy and build environment is essential for this position.

This role may require international travel on a monthly basis to visit new acquisition sites

Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of finance integration activities following an acquisition.
• Create and own the group reporting - consolidated monthly close
• Support ERP transformation and integration for newly acquired bolt-ons
• Work closely with the CFO and senior leadership team on key transformation projects.
• Improve finance processes, reporting and controls across the business.
• Track integration progress and help ensure key milestones are achieved.
• Run the day-to-day accounting operations - group reporting, month-end & year-end
• Ownership of the audit process
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project delivery.
• Assist in driving efficiencies and supporting the overall value creation plan.
