To Excel In This Role, You Should
- Have solid experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), including analyzing business processes and supporting or implementing PLM solutions such as Dassault Systèmes, PTC, Siemens, etc.
- Be mobile within the Montreal area to meet with clients as needed and/or be open to international opportunities and be willing to relocate.
- Be fluent in both French and English, spoken and written, as these languages are essential for daily communication with colleagues and clients, both in Quebec and abroad.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the business context and identify all stakeholders, including impacted teams and business processes.
- Gather and understand stakeholder needs and translate them into clear, actionable objectives.
- Structure, document, and maintain up-to-date functional and non-functional requirements to ensure ongoing alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to design solutions tailored to identified challenges.
- Facilitate interactive workshops with stakeholders to validate and refine proposed solutions.
