Platform Engineer (Infrastructure / Scalability)

We are looking for Platform Engineers with 3+ years of experience to maintain high reliability while scaling our infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many engineers.
• Design and implement robust infrastructure systems with a focus on reliability and observability.
• Maintain uptime targets while optimizing infrastructure costs.
• Improve incident management processes and lead post‑mortems.
• Build and maintain internal tooling (e.g., API, web interface, internal command line) for other engineers.
• Mentor other engineers and lead crews.
• Participate in hiring and shape the candidate experience (e.g., improve technical assessment processes).

Qualifications

• Strong experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and observability tools.
• Comfortable writing code for automation and tooling (e.g., API, command line).
• Some experience as a full‑stack or backend software engineer.
• Willingness to work in Python/JavaScript (experience with these languages is not mandatory).
• Understanding of modern deployment practices and CI/CD.
• Ability to debug complex system issues.
• Self‑starting, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Humility and willingness to grow at any seniority level.
• Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching.
• Fluent in English; French language skills are not required.
