Platform Engineer/DevOps

Your Mission

As a Platform Engineer , you’ll be the go-to person for everything that keeps our platforms stable, secure, scalable, and evolving . You won’t need to know everything from day one, but you’ll learn fast while taking ownership of production systems, DevOps, and security practices.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain cloud (AWS/Azure) and on-prem environments
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and manage configurations with Ansible
• Own CI/CD using GitLab or Azure DevOps pipelines
• Maintain monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch)
• Handle L3 production troubleshooting and critical incident support
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) & postmortems with follow‑up actions
• Integrate security into the DevOps workflow
  • Implement secure deployment pipelines
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 and HIPAA standards
  • Perform vulnerability management, security hardening, and audits
• Collaborate with Dev, Compliance, and Support teams to improve platform reliability and security
• Execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for new tools, services, and architecture improvements
• Continuously improve automation, processes, deployment reliability, and security posture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering
• Hands‑on with:
  • Linux & networking fundamentals
  • Docker & Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/on-prem)
  • AWS / Azure cloud platforms
  • Terraform and Ansible
• CI/CD tools: GitLab, Azure DevOps
• Monitoring & observability: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch
• Experienced in L3 production troubleshooting
• Knowledge of security best practices and healthcare compliance (ISO 27001 / HIPAA)
• Motivated, curious, and eager to learn new skills quickly
• Process‑oriented, collaborative, and ready to own platform reliability and security end‑to‑end
