Job Description
We are looking for an Apprentice Platform Engineer for the Core Product – Developer Experience Team. The team helps teams achieve fast, secure and reliable deployments and releases by better understanding their developer experience, delivery pipelines and optimizing the four key metrics of DevOps performance (Deployment Frequency, Lead Time, Change Failure Rate, Mean Time To Restore Service). The role involves automating build tools, working closely with development teams, driving a project end‑to‑end from design to production, reporting to a DevXP manager and being mentored by a team member.
- Work on tools that automate builds
- Collaborate with other teams to improve their CI/CD processes
- Improve and maintain the reliability of our developer platform
- Monitor, detect anomalies, investigate incidents and write post‑mortems
- Participate in code reviews
- Implement and optimize SLOs and the four key metrics of our services
- Help the team reduce and automate run‑toil tasks
Qualifications
- Bac +5 students
- Experience with DevOps practices and philosophy (Docker, Git, Ansible, Jenkins, Helm, ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Terraform, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack, PHP, Python, Golang, etc.)
- Good communication skills and the ability to adapt
- Willingness to use and adopt new AI technologies
- At ease in teamwork and sharing of work
- Ability to learn, be creative and innovative
- Good at writing well‑documented procedures (English recommended)
