Agility and movement underpin our mindset every day.In this context, we are seeking our future Plant Quality Manager to strengthen our team.Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the quality policy of the site through the deployment and monitoring of quality measures and action plans defined by the plant and the Group.
- Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers by guaranteeing the quality of products and processes within the site, a project, or a business unit.
- Ensure the compliance of the organization and work processes with quality standards.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Train and raise awareness among teams on quality standards.
- Act as the primary contact for internal and external audits.
- Degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in a similar role, within the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience in conducting internal/external audits.
- Mastery of quality systems, tools, and methodologies (ISO, BRCGS, control plans, SPC or statistical process control, problem-solving, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP).
- Professional proficiency in English required. minimum of 10 years of experience for this position + fluent spoken French + submission of CVs in both French and English
