Plant QHSE Leader - Quality, Safety & Compliance

NOVARES is seeking a production unit leader to drive the deployment of the Group Quality System within the unit. You will oversee the team, ensure adherence to customer requirements, and coordinate audits and risk actions to safeguard product quality and operational safety.

You will report to the Unit Manager, manage budgets, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate quality-related communication across the unit to maintain high performance levels.
