Plant Protein Extraction & Scale-Up Lead

So Sweet is developing plant‑derived proteins to reduce sugar and calories while maintaining taste. We seek an Extraction & Scale-up Project Lead to drive process development from lab to pilot and coordinate with scientific and industrial partners near Amiens.

You will lead experimental design, lab execution, pilot trials and scale‑up activities, with opportunities to take ownership of projects as you gain experience.
