Plant PMO Lead: Strategy, Governance & Projects

Ferrero International S.A. is seeking a PMO to support the Plant Manager in Villers-Écalles, driving governance, planning, and cross-functional coordination across the site.

You will lead the Plant Master Plan preparation and monitor initiatives, coordinate major projects, and ensure effective communication and alignment with regional and central teams. A Master’s degree in engineering and strong English/French communication are essential.
