Avient Corporation seeks a Site Manager to lead vinyl powder compound operations at the Tossiat plant. You will plan, direct and coordinate safety, environmental, quality and production goals, and drive cost efficiency while managing resources.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and experience in manufacturing management, reporting typically to the Manufacturing Director. On-site work with adherence to safety protocols is expected.
