Plant Manufacturing Engineering Lead — Lean & CI

Forvia is seeking a Plant ME Manager to oversee the Manufacturing Engineering function at the plant level, driving production-process optimization and continuous improvement. You will lead a department of engineers to deliver operational excellence and high-quality standards.

Reporting to the Deputy Plant Manager, you will supervise maintenance, industrialization, and project launches, while ensuring the integration of Lean methodologies and TVA initiatives across the site.
