Plant Logistics Manager (Roche La Molière Plant)

Our Roche-la-Molière plant plays a key role in supporting leading automotive customers within our Structures division.

This is a key leadership role where you’ll oversee all plant logistics operations—ensuring smooth material flow, strong inventory accuracy, and on-time delivery to support production and customer performance.

What you’ll do:

• Lead warehouse, material flow, and inventory management
• Drive logistics performance through KPIs and continuous improvement
• Lead and develop a logistics team in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and supply chain

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in logistics within a manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory, and material flow
• French fluent + professional English
