Plant Controlling Manager

With presence in more than 20 countries and more than employees, we are an international group dedicated to the design, development and manufacture of metal automotive components. The Group specializes in developing innovatively designed products to achieve increasingly safer and lighter vehicles, thereby reducing energy consumption and environmental impact.
Directly reporting to the Plant Manager of Sermaises (France) we are looking to hire a Controlling Manager that performs the following functions:

• Prepares the Management Plan document.
• Analyses, monitors and controls the monthly management closures.
• Calculates costs in order to study, analyse and update the profitability per manufactured part.
• Makes the economic offers as a preliminary step to the commercial offers.
• Performs the analysis of the results of the Industrial Management and valuation in economic units of the industrial inefficiencies and ineffectiveness (Non-Quality Costs).
• Analysis of deviations.
• Collaborate in the preparation of works and in the updating of the necessary documentation for the department.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Economic-financial training
• Microeconomics
• Office automation
• Accounting

Knowledge and Education

• Higher Degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Business Studies or similar.
• Advanced English (C1 or similar).
• Essential intermediate level of French (B1 or similar).
• Computer skills.
• Knowledge of SAP.
• Management Control Tools.

Work experience

• +3 years of experience in similar positions.

Additional information

• Availability to live in France for at least 3 years.
