Plant Controller

Responsibilities

• Conduct economic and financial analyses required to steer the company’s operations and strategy
• Analyze site performance: actual results, budgets, and targets variances
• Participate in the accounting closing process
• Conduct analyses and prepare ad-hoc reports
• Develop and update management tools based on business needs
• Identify anomalies and correct processes
• Verify ERP data consistency and report any anomalies to the relevant department

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Management Control/Finance or Industrial Management or a business school degree
• At least 5 years of significant experience
• Strong analytical rigor and synthesis skills
• Attention to detail and investigative mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills
