We're partnering with a top-tier Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) contracto r to find a Planning Manage r for a massive, cutting-edge Hyperscale Data Centr e build in Paris, France

The Opportunity

• Locatio n: Paris
• Contrac t: Permanent
• The Projec t: Lead the planning function for a major data centre—the core infrastructure of the digital economy.
• Growt h: Work on a project in Madrid with strong potential for future opportunities across Europe

What You'll Be Doing:

You won't just plan; you'll drive the project sched

• Lead a T eam: Manage, mentor, and lead a full team of Planners (Grad to Senior)
• Master the Sched ule: Develop and maintain Pre-Construction, Construction, and Commissioning Programs using Primavera P6 or Asta PowerPro ject.
• Drive Alignm ent: Act as the key planning liaison between the specialist contractor, the Client, and all subcontractors
• Process Owners hip: Implement rigorous planning processes, monitor progress via site walks, and ensure deadlines are met across all functions (Commercial, Engineering, Construction, QA/Cx).
• Insight & Report ing: Utilize tools like Power BI and E xcel to generate clear, actionable progress reports and forecast

What You'll be doing:

• P6 Exper tise: You are an advanced user of Primavera P6
• MEP Specia lism: Solid experience in Mechanical and Electrical constru ction, ideally within the Data C entre sector.
• Advanced Knowl edge: Proven experience with Delay Analysis Techn iques, and a strong understanding o f BIM, QA Han dove, and Commissioning (Cx) prosses.
