About the Role
As a key interface between Engineering, Programs, Operations, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, the Planning and Scheduling Manager will own the end-to-end delivery schedule for complex antenna measurement systems. This role is critical to ensuring on-time delivery to global customers and driving alignment across APAC, EMEA, and NAM. It is ideal for an experienced planning professional who thrives in complex, engineered-to-order environments and can translate priorities, constraints, and risks into clear execution plans.

- Manage and continuously optimize the master delivery schedule, integrating engineering milestones, design releases, raw material availability, production plans, and customer priorities.
- Lead bi-weekly Program-to-Operations reviews with Project Managers across APAC, EMEA, and NAM to align delivery priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers and production teams through weekly and monthly reviews to track design progress and maintain a rolling 2-3 month production and capacity plan.
- Ensure clear, up-to-date supply chain schedule visibility for Project Managers and Regional Program Managers, highlighting real-time priorities, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive proactive mitigation actions for material availability issues, capacity constraints, engineering delays, and major program changes.
- Develop and deploy live digital dashboards to collect, share, and improve planning information across project, production, and engineering stakeholders.
- Champion continuous improvement in planning processes, digital tool adoption, data quality, and cross-functional scheduling discipline.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, or supply chain within a complex technical or engineered-to-order environment such as aerospace, defense, telecoms, test and measurement, or similar industries.
- Proven experience managing multi-site and/or multi-regional planning processes in a matrix organization.
- Strong understanding of hardware development cycles, design release processes, and their impact on production scheduling and capacity planning.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Excel for scheduling, tracking, and data analysis, and MS Word for technical documentation and reports.
- Familiarity with project management tools, document control systems, and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with the ability to work effectively with international teams and travel occasionally.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SAP ByDesign or experience working with multiple ERP systems.
- Experience deploying automation or AI tools for supply chain planning.
- Background in antenna measurement, EMC, RCS, telecoms, aerospace, defense, or test and measurement environments.
