We’re supporting a long-standing aviation maintenance organisation in appointing a Maintenance Planner to join their team at Roissy CDG Airport . This role sits within the Part-145 environment and is central to ensuring that maintenance activity is organised, compliant, and delivered efficiently across the operation.

Maintenance Planner
Compensation:
Salary based on experience + meal vouchers + reimbursement scheme + savings plan + profit-sharing
Location:
Permanent contract – 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (daytime hours)
About the Role
The business has grown steadily since 2018 and now supports multiple sites internationally. The team delivers a full range of maintenance and technical support services, built on high operational standards and a strong focus on reliability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
You’ll work closely with maintenance, CAMO, and operational teams to ensure that all scheduled and unscheduled work is forecasted, prepared, and coordinated properly.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan maintenance work in line with EASA Part-145 requirements
- Prepare the work packages and confirm the available documentation (AMM, IPC, SB, AD, etc.).
- Manage short-, medium-, and long-term maintenance planning, including scheduled visits, corrective actions, and SB/AD campaigns
- Coordinate with team leaders, stores, CAMO, and operational departments
- Confirm availability of parts, tooling, and equipment
- Update and maintain maintenance management systems (MIS / ERP)
- Track and report KPIs related to planning
- Support improvements to working methods within the Part-145 workshop
- Check documentation for accuracy before it is shared with customers
What You Bring
- Planning or engineering experience within a Part-145 or Part-CAMO organisation
- Good knowledge of EASA maintenance requirements
- Experience with maintenance management software (AMASIS, TRAX, OASES, Aerotrack, etc.)
- Comfortable using Airbus tools (AirNav X) and the Boeing toolbox
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of aeronautical technical documentation
- Well‑organised, thorough, analytical, and able to work well with others
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Technical English and French required
