Planificateur de production et contact clients (H/F)

You will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by balancing production activities on the plant floor while maintaining optimal, minimal inventory levels. You will be responsible for maintaining close communication with customers, developing and monitoring the master production schedule, and supporting the preparation and execution of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.

In addition, you will manage safety stock levels, monitor delivery performance, follow up on alerts, and contribute to overall cost and inventory efficiency.

Background

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Engineering
• Experience in production within an industrial environment
• Minimum advanced proficiency (English or German required)

Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Experience monitoring delivery performance indicators (Customer MPM, backlog management)
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to follow up on alerts and ensure cost and inventory effectiveness
• ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills are highly valued
