Pigment Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Pigment specialist to support the ongoing development, optimisation and adoption of our client's Pigment platform.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and an external consultancy partner, you will play a key role in ensuring that Pigment continues to deliver effective, user-friendly and scalable planning solutions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:User Support: Act as a key point of contact for Pigment users, handling queries, troubleshooting issues and providing practical solutions.
Model Optimisation: Review and optimise existing Pigment models, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, accurate and aligned with evolving business requirements.
User Training: Develop and deliver training and guidance to users, helping teams build confidence and make effective use of the platform.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve existing processes, models and reporting within Pigment.
Consultancy Collaboration: Work alongside an external consultancy to support ongoing developments, challenge proposed solutions where appropriate, and ensure knowledge is transferred effectively to the internal team.
Stakeholder Engagement: Work with finance, planning and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Pigment solutions.
Documentation and knowledge sharing: Maintain clear documentation and help build internal capability and best practice around Pigment.
We are looking for someone with:Strong hands-on experience with Pigment, including model building and optimisation.
Experience supporting and training business users.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
The ability to translate business requirements into practical planning solutions.
Experience working collaboratively with external consultants or implementation partners.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
A proactive approach, with the ability to identify improvements rather than simply respond to issues
