PIC Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced PIC Leader to head up the development of advanced PIC technologies and provide technical leadership across multidisciplinary engineering teams. This is an excellent opportunity to drive innovation, support technology strategy and play a key role in the growth of a dynamic photonics organisation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with III-V and silicon photonic devices and PIC technologies
• Previous leadership experience within a photonics or semiconductor environment
• Strong understanding of PIC design, fabrication and development processes
• Experience managing technical projects and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Degree in Photonics, Physics, Engineering or a related discipline (advanced degree advantageous)
