PIC Process Engineer

An exciting opportunity for a Photonics Process Engineer to support the development and optimisation of advanced PIC manufacturing processes. You will work closely with design, fabrication and engineering teams to improve process performance, yield and scalability while supporting the development of cutting‑edge photonic technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in III‑V and silicon photonic device fabrication
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor processing and cleanroom environments
• Experience with lithography, etch, deposition and metrology processes
• Understanding of process optimisation and yield improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Degree in Photonics, Materials Science, Physics, Engineering or a related discipline
