PI Inventory Manager (m/f)
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a PI Inventory Manager (f/m) to join our PIOX Flow Enablement & Performance department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing standardization frameworks, digital tools, and transformation roadmaps. As part of the Flow Enablement team, you will be involved in steering a €1B+ inventory perimeter, designing new digital inventory solutions, and advising operational leaders aiming at minimizing operating costs, freeing up cash flow, and securing our industrial ramp‑up.

Your challenges
- Drive annual and multiyear inventory targets across Airbus Commercial Aircraft to reduce operating costs and optimize cash generation.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of next‑generation digital inventory tools and analytics capabilities.
- Advise and guide operational teams, plant management, and Value Stream Managers on stock level decisions.
- Prepare executive‑level briefings for senior management to support strategic industrial and financial trade‑offs.
- Deploy standardized Supply & Demand processes in line with OptiFlow and Airbus Logistics Operating System ambitions.
Your boarding pass
- Proven professional background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Operations, Procurement, or Inventory Control.
- Demonstrated data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills applied to complex industrial datasets.
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills, with ability to interact confidently with senior executive leadership.
- Collaborative team player capable of bringing disruptive ideas to challenge established working methods.
- Full professional fluency in English is mandatory to operate seamlessly across transnational sites.
