In this role, you will practice medicine under the direction of physicians, working on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. This is a full-time position, and you will be based at our University City center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Use your skills to make an impact

  • Take medical histories, examine and treat patients, order and interpret laboratory tests and X-rays, make diagnoses, and prescribe medications.
  • Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks.
  • Work under minimal supervision, using independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies.
  • 2 or more years of experience practicing as a Physician Assistant, preferably in a primary care setting.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
  • Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone.

Pay Range

$123,800 - $170,300 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
