Photonics PIC Engineer — Remote, Growth & Stock Options

InSpek, a dynamic photonics startup, seeks a PIC Engineer to own the physical realization of PIC-based sensing probes from packaging to module characterization and supplier coordination.

You will collaborate with photonics and applications engineers, sharing optical testing duties and reporting to the Head of Photonics. This hands-on role spans packaging, industrialisation, and systems design, with growth toward leadership.
