Offer Description

We expect this research project to produce the following results:

• a LCA library of the best available techniques in biorefineries
• a LCA database relating to emerging biotechnologies
• a methodology for modelling integrated biorefineries in order to produce an ‘accurate’ Life Cycle Assessment
• an approach for deriving LCA results for biorefineries from existing LCAs
• an ecodesign methodology for integrated biorefineries using plant biomass

M2 in Industrial Engineering or Process Engineering
