PhD in Artificial Intelligence

We are looking for a PhD in Artificial Intelligence with at least three years of experience to strengthen our team and contribute to the advancements of our research program.

• Design and improve large language models (LLMs) to meet business needs.
• Develop and implement fine‑tuning strategies tailored to the specific needs of our applications.
• Optimize model performance using advanced prompt engineering approaches.
• Experiment, analyze, and validate the developed models and approaches.
• Collaborate with researchers and R&D engineers to deploy our solutions internally and with clients.
• Engage with business teams during requirement definition and post‑production phases.
• Write scientific publications and contribute to patent filings related to project advancements.

Project type

We adopt an approach that combines fundamental research with practical applications in artificial intelligence, with a particular focus on generative AI. This approach, both generic and adaptable to industrial needs, is based on two main pillars:

Research and Development (R&D)

This phase includes the scientific and experimental study of various AI approaches to address specific challenges. Once validated, these solutions are implemented as services that can be used by our final applications. AI researchers and PhDs work closely with R&D engineers to ensure the relevance and efficiency of the developed solutions.

Engineering and Integration

This stage aims to design operational solutions that meet end‑user needs. It covers all technical aspects, including user interface, authentication, security, scalability, and access management. This is a comprehensive process that includes the design, development, and deployment of solutions.

Our research covers fundamental fields such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, knowledge modeling in neural networks, as well as issues related to privacy and cybersecurity. Our practical applications include business process automation, anonymization, code generation, document analysis, and data entry assistance.

Required profile

• PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, Computer Vision, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI projects and software development projects.
• Expertise in fine‑tuning techniques for LLMs and advanced prompt engineering strategies.
• Knowledge of business process automation and AI integration in production environments is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Ability to conduct applied research and work within an interdisciplinary team.
• Experience in software design and development.
• Excellent communication and scientific writing skills.
