PhD: Heterogeneous Oxide Integration via μTP

Association Bernard Gregory in Lyon is offering a PhD project focused on the heterogeneous integration of functional oxides through micro-transfer printing (μTP). This project involves the growth of epitaxial water-soluble sacrificial oxide layers and the development of micro-devices based on integrated functional oxides.

The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in Physics or Materials Sciences, showing strong interest in experimental research and experience in epitaxial growth or microfabrication.
