PGIM | Real Estate Private Equity Analyst Intern (all genders) based in Paris

What You Will Do

• Work on a wide range of deals, including direct and operational real estate.
• Assist with acquisition, asset management and disposition duties as part of the full investment process.

What You Can Expect

• Real estate valuation analysis & Excel cash-flow modelling.
• Market research.
• Perform various analyses to assist in making investment decisions.
• Assist with legal negotiations, due diligence and execution of transactions.
• Assist with leasing and execution of works.
• Draft memoranda and presentations for internal and external use.

What You Will Bring

• Student from a leading business or engineering school.
• Excellent English and French communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and contribute.
• Openness to be staffed on various projects.
• Ability to function in a team-oriented setting and demonstrate strong initiative.
• Self‑starter with ability to multi‑task on complex structures/deals and set priorities.
