Personal Banking Advisor

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow your client portfolio by assessing risks and identifying opportunities
• Acquire new clients through proactive outreach and tailored proposals
• Identify clients' needs and provide personalized solutions
• Ensure regular follow‑up and relationship management
• Handle client requests proactively and responsively
• Propose appropriate solutions and communicate timelines
• Maintain and regularly update client records
• Participate in welcoming clients both in person and remotely

Requirements

• Education: Bac+2 level (equivalent to a two-year post‑secondary/associate degree) required
• First experience in banking or insurance is a plus
• Strong interest in banking and insurance
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Rigour, strong organizational skills and team spirit
