CLIENT INFORMATION

Client is a 16-year-old girl who enjoys getting out and about, she especially loves a good chat, shopping trips & eating out. She is a very inquisitive person and loves to get to people and find out what their own interest and hobbies are and warms to friendly and caring people who like a good laugh! The client is a wheelchair user with a cochlear implant (she can communicate through speech), she has a learning disability and a stoma bag. She has a twin sister who is very involved in her life and enjoy each other's company when participating in their social activities.

CLIENT REQUIREMENT

• We are seeking a kind, reliable, fun and understanding person to join our PA team.
• Ideally a driver, however not essential
• Help with personal care, full training will be provided
• Willing to work alongside another PA who will be providing support for her twin sister
• A new PVG will be required for this job. Help can be obtained through employers to obtain a PVG.
