We are seeking a Senior / Personal Assistant to provide high‑quality administrative and operational support to leaders and teams within our organization. The Senior Assistant plays an important role in enabling day‑to‑day effectiveness across the business by supporting schedules, coordination, communication, and operational tasks. Working closely with colleagues and leaders, you will contribute to a well‑organized, responsive, and digitally enabled workplace while developing the skills needed for continued growth within The Coca‑Cola Company.
What You’ll Do for Us
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to leaders and teams, ensuring smooth execution of schedules, meetings, and operational activities.
Support calendar management by coordinating meetings, managing logistics, and resolving routine scheduling conflicts in collaboration with stakeholders.
Assist with planning and coordination of team meetings, leadership routines, workshops, and internal events, both in‑person and virtual.
Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, notes, and follow‑up actions to support effective collaboration and timely execution.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including bookings, approvals, expense reporting, and documentation, in line with company policies.
Support the preparation of correspondence, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Track action items, deadlines, and requests, following up with relevant partners to ensure completion and visibility.
Maintain organized digital and physical records, files, and shared folders to enable easy access to information and compliance with governance standards.
Use productivity and collaboration tools effectively to support workflows, communication, and information sharing across teams.
Apply a continuous improvement mindset by identifying opportunities to simplify administrative tasks, improve processes, and enhance efficiency.
Support purchase requests and PO creation, invoices, and basic financial administration in partnership with finance or office management teams.
Handle confidential information with care, discretion, and integrity, maintaining trust with leaders and colleagues.
Collaborate with other assistants and support teams to ensure coverage, consistency, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Requirements & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role within a corporate or professional services environment.
Experience supporting leaders or teams with scheduling, meeting coordination, and general administrative activities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
Comfort working in a fast paced environment with changing demands and varying levels of complexity.
Digital fluency with productivity tools such as calendar systems, document management platforms, collaboration tools, and presentation software.
Willingness and ability to learn and adopt new technologies, including artificial intelligence enabled productivity tools, to improve ways of working.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism in all interactions.
Ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across different functions and levels.
A proactive and service‑oriented mindset, with a focus on anticipating needs and delivering reliable support.
Demonstrated integrity and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information.
Experience supporting travel coordination, expense processing, and basic operational tasks in line with company policies.
Interest in continuous learning, skill development, and career growth within a global organization.
French language skills are considered an advantage, but are not essential.
