[Permanent position] Product Marketing Manager

SiPearl is the European fabless designer of sovereign secure high-performance energy‑efficient CPUs for HPC, AI and data centres. The company’s CPUs address strategic challenges in security, defence, medical research, energy, climate and engineering while reducing environmental impact. SiPearl has completed the design of the most complex CPU ever built in Europe – Rhea1 – and will equip the two first European exascale supercomputers, Rhea1 in Germany and Rhea2 in France.

About the role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager you will collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing & Business Development and the Product Marketing Director to drive product development and market positioning. You will oversee the entire product portfolio lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous development, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business goals and the company’s long‑term strategy.

Your missions

• Monitor market metrics, customer feedback and trends to guide product strategy.
• Lead product specifications, features and enhancements aligned with ROI and time‑to‑market goals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine messaging and positioning.
• Work with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, PMO, Sales, Finance, CTO office) to align product design and development with business objectives.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from ideation to distribution and performance monitoring.
• Define and track key KPIs (volumes, territories, pipeline) to assess success.
• Build go‑to‑market plans in collaboration with Marketing Communications, ensuring Sales teams are equipped with the right tools and messages.
• Represent the company at industry events, customer meetings and trade shows.

• University degree in a technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent).
• 15+ years of experience in the server and datacenter industry, preferably in semiconductors, with focus on programme management, ecosystem development or community engagement.
• Strong track record in product lifecycle management and cross‑functional programme leadership.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally.

Experience in the following is a plus

• HPC and datacenter systems and acquisitions.
• Go‑to‑market strategies and international product launches.
• Ecosystem development with ISVs, ODMs/OEMs and partners.
• Multilingual skills (French or Spanish especially).
