Join the Excellence in Operations Support teams within the OneTech branch and contribute to improving the operational performance of TotalEnergies’ assets worldwide.

As part of a multidisciplinary team of engineers from diverse backgrounds, you will work closely with Operations, Production, Methods, and various business entities across the Company. Your mission will be to support the operational excellence programs of the Exploration & Production and Refining & Chemicals business segments, while further developing the Company’s expertise in metering, measurement, and allocation.

Activities

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Optimizing production and operational performance;
• Developing cross-functional working relationships to identify and maximize optimization opportunities;
• Proposing solutions to improve production while ensuring safety and reducing operating costs (OPEX);
• Positioning the team as the central reference for operational performance and asset knowledge, with the ability to contribute to the definition of asset priorities.

Candidate Profile

Holding an Engineering Degree or a Master’s Degree (Master 2), you have at least 3 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry or in operations support functions.

You have:

• Knowledge of or experience in metering and allocation activities;
• A good understanding of the operational challenges related to industrial production and the optimization of industrial unit performance;
• The ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and bring together diverse stakeholders around common objectives;
• Excellent analytical, synthesis, and communication skills;
• Strong autonomy, rigor, and a results-oriented mindset;
• National and international mobility, both for short-term assignments and long-term deployments;
• Excellent command of French and English (minimum C1 level).
