What you'll do

• Manage daily media buying, optimization, and budget pacing across Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Develop and execute media strategies aligned with French market priorities and global growth objectives.
• Oversee budget allocation and maintain a structured experiment roadmap.
• Collaborate with the Data team to conduct incrementality studies and calibrate Marketing Mix Models.
• Provide creative teams with actionable performance data to refine vertical video and creator-led content.
• Monitor creative asset performance, scaling successful ads and refreshing underperforming content.
• Refine audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion rate optimization initiatives.
• Implement automation and AI tools to improve marketing workflows and system efficiency.

Requirements

• Demonstrated history of hands-on media buying and budget management on major platforms.
• Experience working iteratively with creative strategists to improve campaign outcomes.
• Proficiency in Marketing Mix Modeling, lift studies, and incrementality testing.
• Background in optimizing conversion funnels for both web and mobile app products.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, remote, and multi-market environment.
• Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
