Performance Marketing Manager, Europe

Upway is the leading platform selling refurbished e‑bikes in Europe and the US. Our mission is to make electric mobility accessible to everyone. With a very ambitious plan for the years to come, we are looking to expand our Performance Marketing team in order to fuel our rapid growth. As Performance Marketing Manager at Upway, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will manage our Performance Marketing channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution, and will be responsible for allocating our budget efficiently across both Supply and Demand initiatives. This role is ideal for an analytical, data‑driven professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, B2C e‑commerce environment.

Compensation: €50,000 - €70,000 / year

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy : Build a comprehensive Performance Marketing strategy (SEA, paid Social Media, Affiliates, etc.) aiming at driving traffic and generating revenues for our European business.
• Execution : Launch and continuously optimise campaigns (bids, keywords, creatives, landing pages, etc.) to increase overall profitability.
• Tracking : Closely monitor campaign performance by implementing best practices in attribution and building dashboards.
• Budget Management : Allocate our Performance Marketing budget efficiently across platforms and campaigns.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 3-6 years of experience in marketing analytics or related fields such as business consulting.
• Stellar analytical skills and the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• An entrepreneurial, results‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proficiency with Performance Marketing platforms (mostly Google Ads and Meta Ads).
• Experience working with tracking tools and attribution mechanisms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
• Good communication skills to present results persuasively to stakeholders (Co‑Founders, General Managers, Tech).
• SQL proficiency is a plus.
